On or about 7/19/2018 on the roof area at 145 Industrial Blvd, McDonough, GA: Employees engaged in roofing work and heating and air conditioner unit at heights up to or above 20 feet on the roof of the building were not protected from the unprotected side and edge.  The employees were working, walking, and standing outside the warning line system without a safety monitor or fall protection.
