29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a)  55 Pullman Ave., Long Branch, NJ; On or about 07/18/18 a Brielle Construction Inc. employee was working from an aerial lift platform mount on the forks of a Lull rough terrain forklift.  The employee was not using a body belt/harness or lanyard and was not in any way attached or anchored to the lift, thus exposing him to potential fall hazards.
