29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a. On or about July 18, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees sheeting a commercial building, approximately fifteen (15) feet above the ground, were not using fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to falls. A Cut Above Construction Services L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1916.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 987041, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 2, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 425 W. Center St., Itasca, IL 60143.
