29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a)  114 9th St., Belmar, NJ:  On or about 07/18/18, SMK Services LLC was the controlling employer of a jobsite were sub-contractor employees were conducting framing and sheathing activities on a three story single family residence undergoing major renovations.  Four Ukone General Construction LLC employees were installing structural framing members and roof sheathing without any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of 25 feet to the ground below.
