29 CFR 1910.269(c)(4)(ii)(A): Employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducted a job briefing will all employees involved: On or about July 6, 2018, the employer did not conduct a more extensive job briefing when the work to be conducted was complicated in that the following topics were not sufficiently addressed: how the tree would be notched during the felling process; how the holding/hinge wood would be maintained; the need to limit the number of employees located within the fall radius of the tree; the use of wedges, cables or ropes during felling; and escape routes.
