29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record. (a) Job Site, 1105 Valley Street, McKees Rocks, PA 15136: The employer did not maintain fall protection certification training records for employees working on a flat roof. Employees were using flagging and conventional fall protection such harnesses and lanyards for fall protection while working on the flat roof that was approximately 20 feet in height.
