Such facilities were not in near proximity to the worksite and were not so equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances:  a)  At the construction site, where adequate washing facilities, including hot and cold running water, non-alkaline soap, and individual hand towels, were not provided for employees using Amerimix, a corrosive with a pH of 12-13.
