On or about July 19, 2018:  Employees of ACS Heating & Air working on the roof and engaged in HVAC installation at 145 Industrial Boulevard in McDonough, Georgia were exposed to a fall of more than 20 feet where they were not protected by guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The employees were working, walking, and standing outside the warning line system without a safety monitor or fall protection.
