29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about July 19, 2018, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 4910 Dressler Rd, Canton, Ohio 44718; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a commercial location (restaurant) were protected from a fall of approximately 9.2 feet by utilizing a fall protection system. The H&M ROOFING & EXTERIORS LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1316753, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (7/10/2018), with respect to a workplace located at 1581 Mchugh Ln, Wadsworth, Ohio 44281.
