29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) S-3 Ops Office (Room #54F12) : A 120 volt Fellows relocatable power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as computers, printers, radios, etc. was instead used to provide power to a Rival microwave oven requiring a high powered load. Notice #001, Item #001, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): S-3 Ops Office: An 120 volt Fellows relocatable power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as computers, printers, radios, etc., was instead used to provide power to high powered equipment such as a Rival microwave oven and a Hot Point refrigerator. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard, involving the same power tap and microwave oven on 04/18/18, Inspection #1295186, 05/21/18 of final order/settlement, and was abated by removing and taking the power tap out of service.
