29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) Shipping Department - On or about July 18, 2018 and at times prior to, powered industrial truck (forklift) operators used a Hawker Power Guard HD Industrial Battery Charger that was not installed and used per the manufacturer's safe operating procedures, in that the battery charger was stored on combustible material such as a wooden pallet, thus exposing employees to a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):    Elbow Department - On or about July 18, 2018 and at times prior to, the Iowa Precision 345 Elbow Machine was not provided with adequate point of operation guarding while bending metal tubing into elbows, thus exposing employees to caught-in-hazards.    Snap Rite Manufacturing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1087985, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6285 Peterson Road, Lake Park, GA 31636.
