29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees hands were exposed to hazardous conditions: (a)Worthington Industries Engineered Cabs, Inc. at 315 Airport Drive, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to July 23, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from chemical and cut hazards in that, the employer did not require employees in the caulking department to use appropriate hand protection when striking the caulk seam. This condition exposed employees to chemical and cut hazards.
