Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.  (a) Warehouse, south wall, row no. 5, a wall-mounted electrical panel: on or about July 24, 2018, the required working space of at least 30 inches in front of the electric equipment was not ensured as the permanent inventory storage rack was installed in front of the panel resulting in obstructed access.  (b) Warehouse, south wall, row no. 9, a wall-mounted electrical panel: on or about July 24, 2018, the required working space of at least 30 inches in front of the electric equipment was not ensured as the permanent inventory storage rack was installed in front of the panel resulting in obstructed access.  Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
