The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 698 minutes. Noise training did not include the advantages, disadvantages, and attenuation of various types, and instructions on selection, fitting, use and care of the different types of hearing protectors, on or about 7/26/18. b) Inalfa Roof Systems, Inc., Acworth, GA - A PU5 operator was exposed to noise levels at a TWA of 89.4 dBA, which exceeded the 12 hours extended OSHA noise action level of 82.1 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 693 minutes.
