(b) New residential construction located on Lot #8, Front lower roof: On or about 07/19/2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 12-feet, 10-inches while working from a 6/12 pitched roof, in that a fall protection system was not provided to an employee engaged in siding installation on a steep roof.
