29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 21450 County Road 12 South, The Reserve of Foley, Foley, Alabama: On or about July 24, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed employees installing railings on the balconies of apartments to work without fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to 21.5 feet to the ground below.
