29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The user shall see that all nameplates and markings are in place and are maintained in a legible condition. At the location of 1444 S St. Claire, Bldg D in Wichita KS, employees engaged in lifting material with the use of an all-terrain forklift (C15-32C G/L) and workers nearby were exposed to crush and struck by hazards, in that the control levers were unmarked and not in accordance with the Clark operators manual for C15-35 D/G/L and C15-32C G/L on page 5-3.
