29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Mountain Roofing at 731 Nighthawk Circle, Louisville, CO 80027: On July 24, 2018, the controlling employer did not ensure that approximately four subcontractor employees were protected from injury, in that subcontractor employees, conducting reroofing work, worked near the edges of the first and second story roofs without a fall protection system. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards of approximately 8.8 feet from the first story roof to the ground and approximately 9 feet from the second story roof to the first story roof, where an employee could then potentially fall from the first story roof to the ground.
