29 CFR 1926.1408(b)(4)(ii)(A): A visual aid was not provided to assist the dedicated spotter in identifying the minimum clearance distance under Table A: a) On or about July 25, 2018, a crane was operated at the site without a visual aid to assist the spotter in identifying the 10 foot minimum clearance distance from 4KV and 12KV power lines as specified in Table A. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
