Both PIT's emit carbon monoxide, and the employer had not conducted a workplace assessment to estimate employee exposures to this substance relative to the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 parts per million (PPM).  NOTE:  Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
