This violation was recently observed on July 18, 2018 at 7246 Josh Byers Way, Fountain, CO when employees of J Cuellar, LLC (subcontractor) were performing roofing work without fall protection.  Aspen Contracting, Inc. failed to ensure that frequent and regular inspections took place at this jobsite.
