29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a)  On July 25, 2018, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22.3 feet while performing framing carpentry work to a single family home.  b)  On July 25, 2018, employees were exposed to fall hazards from unguarded window openings on the second floor.
