Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.253(e)(5)(iv): Hose connections were not clamped or otherwise securely fastened in a manner that would withstand, without leakage, twice the pressure to which they would normally be subjected in service, but in no case less than a pressure of 300 psi: a) Warehouse: On or about 05/01/2018, employees used oxygen and acetylene fuel to heat various metals in support of upcoming jobs. Worm clamps were used to join the hoses and torch together, and a pressure test was not performed. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
