29 CFR 1910.178(f)(2): The storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas fuel was not in accordance with NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (NFPA No. 58-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. On or about May 10, 2018, a liquefied petroleum gas fuel cylinder was not properly stored exposing employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(a)(1): The employer did not effectively ensure that the information concerning the hazards of all chemicals to which the employees may be exposed to, was transmitted as accomplished by the means of the employer's comprehensive hazard communication programs including labeling and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets and employee training. On or about May 10 2018, the employer did not ensure that all chemical containers in the workplace were properly labeled in accordance with OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard exposing employees to health hazards.
