29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were used for purposes prohibited by subparagraphs (A) through (E) of this paragraph: On or about July 25, 2018 and times prior thereto, extensions cords were used in lieu of permanent wiring in the shredder sorter area for the fans. This condition exposed employees to shock hazards.
