29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Employees conducting roofing work on a residential (6:12) pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately nine (9) feet one (1) inch on the South side of the structure. Jair Vivas was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1198549 citation number 1 item number 1(a)and was affirmed as a final order on 02/02/17, with respect to a workplace location at 1034 5th St. Milwaukee WI. 53204
