29 CFR 1910.263(i)(7)(i): Undersides of conveyors were not completely enclosed where they passed over a main aisleway, regularly occupied work area, or passageway to prevent broken chains or other material from falling: Employees working near the dough transfer conveyor for breadline DD-2 were exposed to struck by hazards from the overhead conveyor that was not enclosed.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Employees were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards associated using temporary flexible cords in lieu of permanent wiring. In the maintenance room the Air Master fan mounted on column F-13 above the Jet Mill uses a temporary flexible cord to power the fan.
