29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. On or about June 24th, 2018, at 1740 Sheridan, Hollywood, Florida 33020, the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a 18-feet fall hazard while operating an aerial lift without being trained. The employees were in the process of framing and sheathing on a commercial building.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. On or about June 24th, 2018, at 1740 Sheridan, Hollywood, Florida 33020, employees were exposed to an 18-feet fall hazard while working from an aerial lift without using fall protection. The employees were in the process of framing and sheathing on a commercial building. JP and Son Construction Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1241756, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1890 S. University Drive, Davie, Florida .
