29 CFR 1910.266(d)(2)(ii): Each first aid kit did not contain the items listed in Appendix A at all times. (a) On or about July 26th, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure a first aid kit including all items listed in Appendix A was available at the jobsite. The items that were missing included but were not limited to: 4" x 4" gauze pads, blanket, splint, two elastic wraps, resuscitation equipment, and a wound cleaning agent. Brunoe Logging was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.266(d)(2)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004722, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/01/2015 , with respect to a workplace located at Block 8, Fire Salvage.
