29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a. On or about 06/24/2018 at 1350 S. Hickory Street in Melbourne, Florida, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on 06/25/2018 around 8:00 A.M. The employer notified OSHA on 06/26/2018 at 11:28 A.M of the in-patient hospitalization.
