Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 7/26/2018, employees of Elite Carpenters LLC were working on a residential building located at Lot 336 Colebrook Court, Lake Saint Louis, MO.  Employees were engaged in decking work approximately 10 feet above a lower level. Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing themselves to a fall to the ground below.

On 7/26/2018, employees of Elite Carpenters LLC. were decking the roof of a residential building located at Lot 336 Colebrook Court, Lake Saint Louis, MO.  The ladder the workers were using to access the roof was not extended three feet beyond the upper landing surface of the roof.
