29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a) Facility, 1901 William Flynn Highway, Glenshaw, PA:  On or about July 30, 2018 a rotating shaft on the Angelus machine on Line K was not guarded to protect employees from the rotating parts.  The shaft protruded approximately 2 1/2 inches beyond the body of the machine and was positioned approximately 3 feet above the floor.  The employee who operated the equipment worked in the immediate area and was exposed to potential caught by hazards.
