On 7/24/2018, N J I Construction Inc. was installing siding on a two story residence located at 308 Essex Park Drive in Wentzville, MO. An employee was not wearing a protective helmet while working beneath an employee working on pump jack scaffolding. The employees was exposed to possible head injuries from falling tools and supplies.
