29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about July 24, 2018 and at times prior, Hart Roofing, Inc. as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Carcamo Roofing LLC were protected from fall hazards of 16 to 32 feet. The employees were working on the roof of two to three-story residential units and were not protected with a fall protection system. b) On or about August 6, 2018 and at times prior, Hart Roofing, Inc. as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Orellana Roofing were protected from fall hazards of 32 feet. The employees were working on the roof of a three-story residential unit and were not protected with a fall protection system.
