29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) On or about July 31, 2018 and at times prior to that date, for the employees of subcontractors under the control of Straub Construction, Inc. were exposed to electrical hazards to include but not limited to shock and electrocution where a metal gang box was installed as part of a shop built relocatable power tap used to power temporary lighting on the second floor located at the P420 Air Wing Training Facility, Fallon, Nevada.
