29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:   At this jobsite, employees conducted framing operations on the roof of a residence, at a height greater than six feet above ground level, and were not provided fall protection.
