29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(10): The top of a non-self-supporting ladder was not placed with the two rails supported equally, and was not equipped with a single support attachment.  a) 89 Mooney Hill Road, Kent, NY, on July 31, 2018, and at times prior, a 30 foot extension ladder used to remove framing members was placed on the corner of the structure without both rails equally supported.
