There were no written energy control procedures for the oven or other multi-energy source machines.  Employees received only verbal training to unplug machines when cleaning.  The employer had not performed periodic inspections of in-process energy control operations to ensure employee adherence to  the procedures and did not perform a review, between the inspector and each employee of that employee's responsibilities under each energy control procedure.
