29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a) Jobsite: a) Jobsite: Employees conducting framing operations on the 3rd level of a residential construction building were not adequately trained to recognize and avoid unsafe conditions, while installing decking along the open and unprotected sides and edges of the 3rd level, to control or eliminate personal injury. Noted on or about 7/23/18. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1230126, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/11/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1203 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA.
