OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees while allowing employees to place their hands beneath hollow core concrete planks suspended by grab hooks on steel cable slings attached to the forks of a forklift: On or about July 25, 2018, in the re-work yard area located 3898 Selvitz Road in Fort Pierce, Florida, an employee was exposed to caught between/crushing injuries when adjusting wooden dunnage beneath a hollow core concrete plank suspended by grab hooks on a steel cable sling inserted in the plank core corners while attached to the forks of a rough terrain forklift.
