29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about July 31, 2018, employees of Car-Gard, LLC were using Cook Auto Supply Acid Wheel Cleaner, a highly corrosive liquid capable of causing corneal burns, and did not have an eye wash station capable of providing 15 minutes of flush readily available.

On or about July 31, 2018, Car-Gard, LLC employees were using a bottle filled with a white colored substance from the detailing cart that was not labeled with the identity and hazards of their contents. d. On or about July 31, 2018, Car-Gard, LLC employees were using metal containers filled with an unknown substance which were not labeled with the identity and hazards of their contents.
