29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe: On or about July 26, 2018: At the worksite located at 1058 Enota Avenue in Gainesville, Georgia an employee was exposed to amputations hazards while utilizing a circular saw that had its guard choked back in an open condition, exposing the bottom part of the saw blade at all times during the cutting operation.
