29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 9095 Airway Dr., The Parkside Grand Bldg. 8, Pensacola. Florida:  On or about July 31, 2018 and at times prior; the  employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from the tops of the second floor framed walls without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 19.1 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:   a)  At 9095 Airway Dr., The Parkside Grand Bldg. 8, Pensacola. Florida:  On or about July 31, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to use a six foot a-frame ladder to gain access to the top of the framed walls to set joists and the employees had to step on the top step of the ladder to get on and off the wall exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 6 feet to the floor below.
