29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 9095 Airway Drive, The Parkside Grand, Pensacola, Florida:  On or about July 31, 2018 and at times prior; the controlling employer failed to ensure subcontracted crew (Mariano Castro Silva) performing framing activities on Building 4 had and were using fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 20 feet to the ground below.  b)  At 9095 Airway Drive, The Parkside Grand, Pensacola, Florida:  On or about July 31, 2018 and at times prior; the controlling employer failed to ensure subcontracted crew (Pablo Garcia) performing framing activities on Building 8 had and were using fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 19.1 feet to the ground below.   c)  At 9095 Airway Drive, The Parkside Grand, Pensacola, Florida:  On or about July 31, 2018 and at times prior; the controlling employer failed to ensure subcontracted crew (Antonio Juarez) performing roofing activities on Building 9 had and were using fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 30 feet to the ground below.
