29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing roofing operations. This was most recently observed at 13712 Glen Gary St, Bellevue, Nebraska on August 10, 2018 when 4 employees were observed working on a roof with an eave height of 10'6" and they were not using fall protection. A&S Valencia Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1245824, citation number 1, item number 1,and was affirmed as a final order on September 7, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at1720 113th Street, Papillion, Nebraska.
