29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about August 2, 2018, on the east exterior elevation of the Sunrise Volkswagen dealership located at 5435 S. U.S. Highway 1 in Fort Pierce, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet - 6 inches when performing metal framing for glass panel installation from the basket of an aerial lift while not wearing harnesses with lanyards attached to the provided anchor points.
