Detachable side protectors (e.g. clip-on or slide-on side shields) meeting the pertinent requirements of this section are acceptable. On or about August 02, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from flying objects while using nail guns without safety glasses at a residential construction site.
