29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system; At the time of the inspection, three wall openings on the north side of the new construction on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors exposed workers to a fall of greater than 6 feet.
