(a) Hagerly-Stephenson Tract: On July 16, 2018, an employee would store, handle and transport gasoline to be used in a chainsaw in an old chain oil container that is not approved, does not have a spring-closing lid nor spout cover and is not so designed that it will safely relieve internal pressure when subjected to fire exposure.
