29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables shall be protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points. Southwest end of the building: The extension cord connected to the spider box was wrapped around the metal leg of the spider box allowing the weight of the spider box to pinch the cord between the leg and the concrete floor. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
